Yoga for Diabetic patients

Diabetic patients have been asked to exercise regularly, but due to busy schedules they aren’t able to find time to go workout. Yoga is one of the best exercise they can follow at home. Here are few yoga poses which will keep them fit at home.

1) Dhanurasana (Bow pose)

2) Paschimottanasana ( Seated forward bend)

3) Padangusthanasana (Head to toe pose)

4) Bhujangasana ( Cobra Pose)

5) Sarvangasana ( Shoulder Stand)

6) Ardha-matsyendrasana ( Spinal twist)

7) Halasana ( Plough pose)

8) Yoga Mudrasana (Yogic symbol pose)

9) Supta Vajrasana ( Sitting pose of firmness)

10) Chakrasana (Wheel pose)
